A Guideline For Exercise At Office
There are so many ways to keep your body move at the office. For the first, you can do stretching at your desk. You can start to rub your neck by sitting up tall then rub your ear down to your shoulder. After that, stretch your hands up then reach as high as you can. Just let your palm face the ceiling up for a while. Don’t forget to turn your head to the left and right and get a bobblehead. Then, let your chest open by bringing your hands back. Just press your palm and let it for 5 to 10 seconds.
If you are done with the basic exercise, so you can continue to the next upgrade exercise at your office. You can take jogging, running, or walking in place for 30 to 45 seconds. After that, do wall pushups for 10 reps in 3 times. You can also do squats by using your chair. Lunge, wall sit, shoulder press, and another exercise also can be done.
To make it even work, you can try to choose farther parking lot so it will let you walk more. Then, you can also take stairs to make your body move.
