Peter J. Anderson, Executive Chef
Chef Peter Anderson's educational and professional background has certainly taken Panther Valley Golf and Country Club on the road to culinary success. Peter is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After graduating he honed his skills at the world renowned Waldorf – Astoria in New York City. He became Executive Chef of Cedar Hill Country Club in Livingston, New Jersey where his culinary expertise became a legend in his twenty – one years there. In leading the kitchens at one of New Jersey's most demanding Club's he garnered many accolades including Best Clubhouse Food by The Jersey Golfer Magazine in 1996 and a glowing write up in The New York Times in 2003.
Joseph E. Kuntar, General Manager
Joseph E. Kuntar's strong educational and Country Club experience has lifted the member satisfaction level at Panther Valley Golf and Country Club to new heights. Joseph is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Johnson and Wales University's Hospitality Program. He developed his professional skills and knowledge at such renowned Country Clubs as Shackamaxon in Scotch Plains, Basking Ridge, and Cedar Hill in Livingston, all of which are in New Jersey. He currently is one of the most respected members of the New Jersey Club Manager's Association as well as the Club Manager's Association of America.
